We ask that you pay for your dental care at the time of service. We accept cash, personal checks, MasterCard, Visa (credit or debit), Discover, and CareCredit.
In the case of dental insurance, we ask you to pay your estimated portion at the time of service. Any adjustments to that estimated portion will be mailed to you after the insurance has paid the actual amount allowed.
In the case of recommended treatment, you will be given an estimate of the costs and asked to make specific financial arrangements. For any patient desiring monthly payments, we have available an out-of-office company called CareCredit. Our office does not offer in-house monthly payments. For information on CareCredit, you can call our office or go to www.carecredit.com. (To view a short video on CareCredit, click here.)
To assist us in meeting our financial obligations, we make available a prepayment cash courtesy. This cash courtesy applies to treatment plans exceeding $500.00. If the full amount of the treatment plan is paid at the first appointment with a check or cash, five percent will be deducted from the total amount. If you pay in full at that initial appointment with a VISA or MasterCard, three percent will be deducted from your total amount.
